1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You have a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

The part has not been installed or fitted to any machine.
Items that are custom ordered, non-stock, or special request may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

We will review your request and provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
3. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product. If the return meets our criteria:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If the item is returned damaged or used, we may reject the return or offer a partial refund.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:

Items returned without prior authorization.

Products that are damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.

Items that are custom-fabricated or made-to-order.

Orders older than 14 days.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping, depending on the situation.
6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund.
